Knowledge about security
Check and fix errors in hardware, IT network
Know how to use popular online meeting software such as Microsoft Team, Zoom meetings…
Manage, check and fix problems with camera, computer, printer, timekeeper, phone
Knowledge of Networking and LAN/WAN systems (Having CCNA certification is a plus)
Manage the use, maintenance and replacement of damaged IT equipment
Be careful, hard- working, have righteous thoughts, do not hesitate to argue to come up with the best solution, save time, effort and cost
Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems in offices and stores
Support staffs and handle errors related to computers, computer networks, software
Install software and operating system, allocate computers to employees
Catch errors like Lan/Wan, mail, basic software…
Operate and administrator the entire network, internal mail
Knowledge of computer hardware, server, network
Experience in ordering software, OS and handle problems related to office equipment
Know how to use and configure network allocation devices such as Router, Access point, switch…

Clear and fluent voice with no regional characteristics, demonstrating confident communication skills.
At least 02 year or more of experience related to hardware, network.
College/ University & related certification.

Knowledge of computer hardware, server, networking, including setting up routers, modems, and reserved IPs.
Know how to arrange and work scientifically, capable of system analysis / design
