IT Project Manager

LG CNS is looking for experienced IT Project Manager to join our enterprise- scale system development projects. You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, including business analysis, system design, implementation, optimization, and deployment. This role is ideal for developers who can work with complex business logic and contribute to both technical execution and team leadership.
About the Role

Support frontend development when required (preferred skill).
Lead and mentor team members, assign tasks, and support technical decision- making.
Propose and implement technical improvements to enhance system performance and scalability.
Participate in system deployment and cloud/container integration (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes).
Design and develop backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
Work with relational databases such as MariaDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL, including schema design and query optimization.
Collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams to ensure project quality and progress.
Analyze business requirements and understand complex system workflows.

Experience in team management and excellent teamwork skills.
5+ years of experience in system development using Java and Spring Boot.
Strong system- thinking mindset and familiarity with software development best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields.
Hands- on experience with databases: MariaDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
Strong ability to analyze and understand complex business logic.

Preferred

Experience with frontend development (React, HTML, JavaScript).
Knowledge of accounting or financial systems.
Experience working with Cloud Providers (AWS/GCP) or Kubernetes.
