IT Project Manager (Ecommerce, Fintech)

Identifying short- term and long- term goals while simultaneously developing a project development strategy.
Managing the working team, including IT staff and stakeholders.
Ensuring that the final product meets quality requirements and standards.
Analyzing business needs and related factors such as incurred costs and benefits of IT projects in the upcoming period.
Assigning tasks to team members, monitoring progress, and ensuring that work is completed correctly.
Identifying and assessing potential risks in the project, planning, and implementing preventive measures to ensure that the project is not delayed or encounters undue difficulties.

At least 2 years of experience in a PM position or equivalent roles.
Experience or understanding of crypto is an advantage
Experience in leading teams for e- commerce and payment- related projects.
English proficiency: proficient communication skills.

Annual salary review.
Eligible for social insurance (BHXH), health insurance (BHYT), etc. after probation.
Allowance: Lunch and dessert allowance.
13th- month salary.

Base salary: 35,000,000- 60,000,000 VND
