Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate technology projects across various domains including software development, infrastructure, and system integration. The ideal candidate will have strong project management expertise, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT solutions and delivery models.
Key Responsibilities
· Support pre- sales activities including project scoping, estimation, and proposal development.
· Communicate project status, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders and senior management.
· Ensure compliance with internal processes and industry standards (PMI, Agile, Scrum).
· Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
· Lead end- to- end project management activities: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
· Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.
· Manage client expectations and ensure high satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
· Coordinate cross- functional teams (Developers, QA, BA, Infra, Security, etc.) to ensure project success.
Qualifications
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies: Waterfall, Agile, Scrum.
· Experience working with enterprise systems, infrastructure projects, or telecom solutions is a plus.
· Project Management certifications (PMP, PMI- ACP, CSM) are highly preferred.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem- solving skills.
· Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is an advantage.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management.
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
