IT Specialist

Install, manage, and troubleshoot software, hardware, call center and network systems.
Perform additional tasks as departments required.
Allocate and manage accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
Ensure the systems and applications are up- to- date and comply with security policies.
Monitor and report daily activities of the systems (healthy daily checklist) to ensure timely detection of system abnormalities.

Education:

Qualification University Degree/College majored in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant experience.

Work Experience:

Good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, SSL/TLS and DNS
Practical experience with Hybrid AD.
1- 2 years working experience in IT infrastructures, operations or technical support environment.
Good knowledge of Window operating system including troubleshooting and system hardening.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Application Support.

Other requirements:

An ability to be able to communicate effectively in writing and verbally to a wide range of people at all levels including communicating complex technical issues.
Able to work the night shift (if needed).
Personal integrity, able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
Good English (In both speaking and writing).
