IT Support L1

Data configuration on system.
Handle issue of PDA device, assign to 3rd party for warranty
Receive inbound requests through channels like on email, Teams, hotline.
Testing new hardware and software before full- scale installation.
Update ticket’s status frequently to users and relevant stakeholders follow SLA
Report to Leader.
Support tracks tickets until successfully resolved.
Logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes issue.
First level of ticket diagnosis to resolve the ticket or escalate to L2 or appropriate person/group support
Provide guidance and training (remotely) to end users on need basis

Have good customer support mindset and attitude
Fast learning, Proactive
Good communication skill
College or University Graduation (IT is preferable)
Have knowledge about AMS Processes is a plus
Familiar with computer, good Microsoft Office skills
Can reading, writing and speaking in English at intermediate level

13th- month salary and regular bonus packages: Performance bonus every 3 months, holiday bonuses on April 30th and September 2nd based on seniority.
