IT Support (Freelancer)

Deploy and install software applications on laptops, ensuring compatibility and functionality.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems through effective communication and problem- solving skills.
Intervene and act as the first line of defense to prevent illicit activities on the laptop that would compromise security.
Coordinate the logistics of shipping laptops to various locations.
Provide technical support to end- users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Ensure that laptops are securely packaged and documented for tracking purposes.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Compile and generate weekly reports summarizing IT support activities.
Conduct testing to verify successful installations.

Strong problem- solving abilities and effective communication.
Utilize a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a corporate environment to contribute to efficient IT support operations.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology or related field.
Basic English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Willingness to provide support outside regular hours
