We are searching for a qualified HR executive to provide administrative support to our HR department. Reporting to the HR Manager/Senior HR Executive, the executive will help with payroll, recruiting, scheduling, and training tasks. The position will also be responsible for hiring other entry- level positions such as interns, part- time employees…etc.
Job Description
Recruitment:
Responsible for the process of collecting documentation for on- boarding & off- boarding employees.
For non- manager level positions, execute the recruitment process for non- manager level positions to ensure the company&039;s staffing requirements are met accurately and timely.
For manager level positions, assist HRM/Senior HR Executive with recruiting tasks such as reviewing resumes, conducting and scheduling interviews, hiring, and following up with candidates.
C&B:
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
Admin tasks :
Administer office expenses: conducting payments, purchasing items for the office, etc.
Work closely with the managers to build a positive environment and maintain company culture according to objective.
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Implement tasks assigned by the direct Manager.
Other duties:
Assist the HR manager with formulating policies, procedures, and changes, as well as communicating all updates to employees.
Requirements
1- year experience in recruitment or general HR;
Good at English, preferably IELTS 5.5 or Toeic 650.
Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular)
Strong communication skills;
Excellent organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in any subject is acceptable;
