Kế Toán Bán Hàng - Sales Accountant

Sales Transaction Management:
Reconcile sales accounts to maintain accuracy in financial records.
Process and record sales transactions in SAP.
Ensure accurate and timely billing and invoicing of customers.
Financial Reporting:
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Prepare monthly sales reports, including variance analysis.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales performance.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with other departments, including logistics and customer service, to resolve any discrepancies.
SAP Utilization:
Utilize SAP for data entry, reporting, and analysis.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and reports.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in SAP (SAP FI/CO preferred) and Microsoft Excel.
Proven experience as an accountant, preferably in a sales environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
