Management accounting

Offer strategic guidance and analytical support for all business lines
Implement detailed financial modelling of new and existing business based on KPI
Monitor and check inputs on internal systems to accurately track the KPI performance
Manage projects to construct/ reinforce the management accounting system of various business lines

M&A and strategic alliance

Support the M&A efforts in VN and overseas
Build valuation models and lead the due diligence excercise
Lead transaction documentation discussion and internal approval processes
Negotiate with various parties to drive the transaction forward

Background: Candidate with 3+ years in one of the following areas is preferred: Corporate planning, FP&A, Investment banking, Management consulting, PE funds, Accounting firms
