We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
To give added value to its vaccination experience, the company also develops medical devices and traceability services.
Main functions:
• Collaborate with BM into the HIPRA corporate Branding & Positioning.
• Build strong relationship with media and key stakeholders to ensure the efficacy of the different marketing and communication strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance, using KPIs to refine strategies and maximize ROI.
• Implement and align the content strategy for the correct use and adaptation of all the promotional assets available with an omni- channel approach.
• Develop and execute cross- species marketing strategies, creating and implementing local action plans (including pricing, promotions, segmentation, targeting) for the entire local team (technical and sales)
• Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and technical teams, global mkt team to ensure strategic alignment and successful execution.
• Lead and execute marketing campaigns and product launches excellence, ensuring impact and alignment with company objectives. Co- Lead local sales meetings (priorities, operational tactics) and attend all management meetings (MPC, Regional Meetings).
• Candidates must be willing and able to travel frequently to other provinces as part of their job responsibilities.
• Lead and coordinate the development, implementation and track of marketing programs such as email, social media or digital campaigns. Promote the adoption of the different market intelligence corporate tools (Market Reports, Buyer Persona, NPS) and lead the market research activities at subsidiary level.
• Ensure Market Adaptation by leading local Franchise Plan creation in collaboration with technical Services team: Tailor global strategies to local market opportunities to drive growth.
