Marketing Specialist

- Create Marketing strategy plan & action plan for web3 projects
- Propose ideas and run Marketing activities to reach projectʼs OKRs
- Run and manage community activities, as well as drive usersʼ attention, prevent fudders...
- Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of Marketing activities via analytics & BI tools
- Creative different content types AMA, video, post, blog...) on social media (X, Telegram, Discord) and other channels Binance live, medium, substack, reddit, YouTube)
- Connect and work with partners, KOLs, community admins to help grow users and revenue

- Can co- ordinate and communicate with communities and KOLs in web3 space
- Have the ability to manage and grow a community of web3- users
- Have good English writing and speaking skill
- Can produce community content such as announcement, events, ...
- Can design and execute engagement campaign that drive key results for Xantusʼs project
- Can quickly learn and adapt to using marketing tools and social media platform such as
