Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Middle Fullstack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will driving the design and implementation of robust and scalable web applications, also a trusted technical partner to our Product Owners. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform, balancing the evolution of our existing systems with the creation of innovative new features that directly impact our business goals. This includes opportunities to work with and integrate Artificial Intelligence into our production environment to enhance our platform&039;s capabilities. What You Will Do:

Operational Excellence: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for operational issues, ensuring a smooth experience for our users and internal teams.
Mentorship & Growth: Actively mentor and guide junior developers, sharing your knowledge, best practices, and helping them grow their technical skills and careers.
Quality & Best Practices: Champion code quality, participate in and lead code reviews, contribute to knowledge sharing sessions, and advocate for continuous improvement in our development processes and tooling.
Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliver impactful solutions. Provide accurate technical estimations, plan project timelines, and contribute to technical roadmap discussions.
System Ownership: Take ownership of key parts of our web infrastructure, including existing systems and legacy code, ensuring their stability, performance, and security.
System Evolution: Proactively identify areas for technical improvement, refactoring, and optimization within our existing systems, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI technologies.
Integration Expertise: Design and implement seamless integrations with critical third- party services (e.g., payment gateways, logistics providers, marketplaces, and AI services/models) to enhance our platform&039;s capabilities.
Technical Leadership & Architecture: Technical design, development, and implementation of new web applications and core system modules, ensuring they are built for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements:
Education background requirements: : Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience/Industry requirements:

DevOps & CI/CD: Practical experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, and a strong commitment to automation.
Testing Excellence: Experience writing and advocating for comprehensive unit, integration, and potentially end- to- end tests.
Solid Front- End Proficiency: Solid understanding of modern front- end development principles and best practices.
Database Mastery: Deep expertise in designing database schemas, optimizing queries, and managing databases like PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.
Containerization & Cloud: Experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and deploying applications on cloud platforms ([Specify your cloud provider, e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure]).
Mentorship: Experience mentoring or leading junior developers.
Distributed Systems & Messaging: Hands- on experience working with message queue systems such as RabbitMQ or Kafka.
Architectural Acumen: Demonstrated ability to design and reason about complex system architectures, focusing on scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem- solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues and find elegant solutions.
AI Experience: Experience working with Artificial Intelligence concepts, models, or integrating AI services into production applications.
Strong Background in E- commerce Domain (Preferred): Strong understanding of the challenges and common patterns in the e- commerce space.

DevOps: CI/CD, GitHub Actions
Monitoring: Grafana, Prometheus (plus)
Programming Languages: We are open to candidates with strong backgrounds in various languages who are willing to learn our core languages, which currently include Elixir, Golang, Node.js
Version Control: Git

Message Queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
