Movi center:
- Manage all the services for Movi operation such as: Internet/ security/ stationery/ drinking water / parking/ garbage...
- Relocate/ fix/ renovation Movi center; set up new Movi center
- Manage rental contract for Movi center
- Purchasing equipment, tools and instruments
Head office:
- Manage rental contract for Movi center
- Manage all the services for Movi operation such as: cleaning/ security/ stationery/ drinking water / parking/ rent car, hotel booking, transportation, post ...
- Arrange and organize event
- Purchasing equipment, tools and instruments
Cost management:
- Expense report monthly/ or requested by line manager: manage and make the payment for all cost of Movi center and Head office
- Receive and check invoices, documents before making the payment.
Receptionist:
- Manage and store documents and contracts
- Manage company seal
- Instruct employees and customers to follow company procedures at reception
Perform tasks according to the instructions and assignments of the line manager

Teamwork skills
1+ years’ experience in administrative/ secretarial role
College Degree or higher in economics or relevant field
Detail oriented and well organized
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Dynamic, proactive, willing to learn
Female. From 22- 28 years old
Customer- oriented mindset, flexible working but discipline, careful & helpful
Microsoft offices
