Nhân Viên IT Systems

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator fluent in both English and Vietnamese to manage and maintain our organization&039;s IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
The position requires flexible work hours and on- call support.
The role involves optimizing system performance, ensuring security, and managing virtualized environments (VMware), as well as on- prem and cloud services (Azure AD, Office 365).
Responsibilities include provisioning and monitoring servers, supporting local users, securing company data, and ensuring disaster recovery processes are in place.

Strong understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) and experience with Cisco IOS.
Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem- solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to work flexible hours and provide on- call support when necessary.
Expertise in VMware, Azure AD, networking, switch and router programming, on- prem AD, CommVault, and disaster recovery.
Experience in Active Directory management, backup/recovery solutions, and security best practices.
