Continuously review sales plan and work with Sales Team to push sales out and investigate if there‘re any issues to support Sales Team
Grow and acquire new brands and products to join Telio platforms (Grocery, beverages, Food- focused category may change depending on business needs)
Other tasks assigned by line manager
Manage product listing and ensure targeted margin is followed
Negotiate with brands and suppliers to deal promotions, pricing strategies
Directly work with Country Category Manager to strategize and develop the category
Responsible for managing the relationship with sellers, brands after the acquisition

Logical thinker with strong problem- solving skills
At least 1+ year working experience in FMCG fileds such as Grocery (cooking ingredients, savory, etc.) or Beverages (alcoholic and non- alcoholic, milk) category, or Health Personal Care. The preferred category depends on recruitment needs at certain time.
Strong comprehension, willingness to learn, adaptability, and flexibility to the pace of the industry
Strong suppliers sourcing skills
Interest in working at start- up and having a contributive mindset
