We are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects for the benefit of our company. You will organize creative campaigns and promotional events that can make a difference for our company’s success according to trends and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will be passionate for the “art” of marketing and will have an abundance of ideas for building efficient strategies. He/she must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques and methods to promote our products, services and public image.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing KOL/KOC/ Build contents plan/Social Media taking care
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Work well with sale teams to make sure to achieve the brand&039;s target
- Devise innovative growth strategies for the brand.
- Shape and communicate our vision and mission
- Managing and developing their own team in future
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Budget control
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights according to company directions
Job Requirements
- Experience with any other health or beauty products or similar brand is preferred
- Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaignsIn- depth knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
- Up- to- date with latest trends and marketing best practices
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
- Preference candidates fluent in English
- Degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to executives
- Data- driven thinking and an affinity for numbers
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
- Outstanding communication skills
