Scope of work:Managing and taking overall responsibility for Lavis 18 Residence and Highgate Live projects, directing and planning in order to maintain and improve the operations and service quality of the respective business units.
Responsibilities
Oversee day- to- day operations across all business units, ensuring efficient and consistent service delivery. Be instrumental in the development of new service initiatives
Ensures core elements of the service strategy are in place to produce the desired results
Other tasks are assigned by line manager
Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding operational goals to produce desired results on a continuous basis
Coach and develop the Heads of Department reporting to him/her, through objective setting and personal development, to ensure career progression and effective succession planning within the hotel and company
Assist the development of meaningful, achievable hotel/serviced apartment budgets and other short and long- term strategic goals and monitor their implementation
Work independently to actively manage key property goals (including capital projects; customer service; refurbishment, administration)
Ensures brand and regional business initiatives are implemented and communicates follow- up actions to team as necessary
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement
Respond to audits that are completed by the company or external ones, to ensure continual improvement is achieve.Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Hold regular briefings and communication meetings with the HOD teams
Lead and manage front office, housekeeping food and beverage, admin, and maintenance teams, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork
Seek and respond to Guest feedback in order to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction, ensure to maintain active floor presence on a daily basis
Implement and maintain operational standards across properties to ensure a seamless guest experience
Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to highlight problem areas and take appropriate action to rectify where needed
