Key Areas of Responsibility:
Business solution development and Transition
· Develop commercially competitive and operationally sustainable client solutions for new business, bid support and client expansions.
· Work with Account Team on operational stabilization activities within T+30 and T+60
· Support the sales process through solutions development, participate in presentation and consultation meetings, host visits and support mobilization of new accounts or demobilization of exit account.
· Lead the client facing transition team throughout transition processes and manage the internal and client facing reporting requirements and procedures.
· Have a clear focus on desired outcome and strike the balance between a competitive bid and one that is operationally viable.
· Lead final handover to Account team, highlighting opportunities for growth / risks – all lines of business.
· Validate & Underwrite Solutions. Co- ownership on pricing assumptions
Operational Management
· To establish all the processes and procedures within the Vietnam Business
· Assist site team by providing site specific standard operation procedures and to ensure all site staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customers’ employees.
· To manage the operations of the portfolio of multiple contracts.
· To understand contractual obligations and meet all customers’ expectations under this agreement.
· Be proactive in assisting the Account Managers/ Supervisors in the recovery of overdue monies owing to Exera from its internal and external clients.
· Introduction of best practices across sites/ accounts, looking at value add opportunities.
Ensure the team has the skills and motivation to perform their roles to the best of their abilities.
Constantly visible and accessible to the team
· Look for potential new works that may be required on site· Attend weekly/monthly meetings with client and site team to assess current progress.
Set an example of exceptional standard in all activities, language and communication
Identify and act on safety trends and reports to create intervention to protect business, our people and drive continuous safety improvement
Work closely with procurement team to ensure maximum use of preferred suppliers and robust back- to- back contracts, performance focused contracts are in place with contract duration by leveraging maximum value.
Create a culture of exceptional quality and innovation
Communicate and implement business policies and processes within the contract for various portfolio of accounts effectively.
Provide leadership with full responsibility of profit & loss including development of contract financial planning for revenue and profit delivery, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
Manage and ensure the environmental, fire- fighting and local buildings are compliant to the local regulations
Ensure fair treatment of suppliers at all time, professional supplier management and arbitration of disputes
In case appointed by BoD according to business requirement, this role will be authorized as the legal representative to resolve daily operation matters.
Ensure mandatory processes are in place, and are compliant including but not limited to; QSHE objective and tracking, H&S scenario training and investigation
Customer Relations· Represent the company in a professional and credible manner to customers and industry meetings, seminars and conferences as required to ensure the successful management of the business portfolio.
Quality and Safety Management· Monitor and identify areas of improvement as a matter of course
Build and develop high- level customer relationship with both existing and potential customers through fully understanding of their needs and demands
