Operation Manager (Franchise)

Store Operations:
Monitor store performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions as needed.
Optimize store layout and merchandising to maximize sales and customer experience.
Oversee inventory management, including stock control, receiving, and returns.
Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Customer Service:
Foster a positive and customer- centric culture within the store.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
Train staff on exceptional customer service standards.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Performance:
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Drive sales performance through effective merchandising, promotions, and staff training.
Visual Merchandising:
Stay up- to- date on the latest trends in visual merchandising.
Ensure that stores adhere to the brand&039;s visual merchandising guidelines.
Create visually appealing and engaging store displays.
Financial Management:
Monitor store profitability and identify cost- saving opportunities.
Prepare and analyze financial reports.
Manage store budgets and expenses.
Perform other tasks as directed by immediate superior.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion industry.
Passion for the fashion industry and a strong understanding of retail trends.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, retail management, or a related field.
Proficiency in retail operations software and systems.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
