Monitor and evaluate performance indicators to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.

Strong ability to manage and oversee operational activities.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position at fintech or e- commerce companies.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and quick decision- making skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
In- depth knowledge of financial technology products.
