PHTH - HRBP Senior Specialist

Employee & Labour Relations
• First contact to managers and associates, provide HR consultancy for any HR related topics for the departments, associates (such as: HR Policy & Procedure, Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Accident Insurance, salary information)
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary actions, and grievances, and ensuring full compliance with HR policies and labour regulations
• Carry out weekly and monthly reports for the HR department
Compensation & Benefit
• Provide the bonus data to C&B team & collect the approved version of monthly bonus from Board Management 3. Yearly HR Projects
• Support to do Annual Budget, Annual Headcount Plan
• Implement the yearly HR Projects such as Annual Salary Review (ASR), Promotion, Performance Appraisal
• Support C&B Team to clarify and confirm information related to monthly attendance records, resignations, and leaves.
Talent Acquisition:
• Do HR Orientation for the newcomers
• Support the recruitment procedure to meet the manpower demands of the company

• Teamwork.

• Consultancy skills, influencing skills, negotiating skills.
• More 2 year- working experience as HR general, HRBP
• Bachelor&039;s in economics, Business Administration major in HR major preferable
• Work under pressure.
• Analytical thinking.
• Experience in C&B tasks is advantage
