JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager (PM) – Topicals Product Group is a managerial role responsible for developing, managing, and executing brand strategies for dermo- cosmetics and topical products (Teoxane – Cosmetics, Skingenuity, Stratpharma). The PM leads brand planning, marketing execution, and cross- functional coordination to drive sustainable business growth, brand positioning, and customer engagement.
This role requires a strong marketing background, leadership mindset, solid experience managing one or multiple brands, and close relationships with key professional customers such as hospitals, clinics, spas, and pharmacy chains.
ROLES & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Brand Strategy & AOP Planning
Define brand positioning, target segments, and growth priorities for the Topicals Product Group.
Develop brand strategies and annual AOP (Annual Operating Plan) aligned with company business objectives.
Marketing Execution & Campaign Management
Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints.
Plan and execute integrated marketing activities (ATL, BTL, Digital, Events, Medical Marketing).
Budget Management & Performance Tracking
Track OKRs & KPIs, analyze campaign effectiveness, and propose timely adjustments.
Manage and control marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation and ROI optimization.
Customer & Market Development
Conduct market analysis, customer insights, and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers (hospitals, clinics, spas, pharmacy chains).
Cross- functional Coordination
Support Sales teams with marketing tools, training materials, and product knowledge.
Work closely with Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and other departments to ensure effective brand execution.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
Coach team members to enhance professional skills and performance.
Lead, train, and set up effective teams to support brand and business objectives.
