JOB DECRIPTIONS

Project Initiation:

Define WOW, approach methodology for assigned programs/projets. Make sure Measurement/Tracking result Method must be cleared before release deliverables.

Project Initiation:

Give instruction to project team on Project Document preparation/maintenance to make sure the project objective/scope/timeline is aligned

Project Execion:

Coordinate and align with other departments/key stakeholders for implementation and completion of the projects, guide them to engage with company culture/structure to make a collaborative environment

Project Monitoring:

Manage programs/Project with a track record/dashboard, include Risk Management

Project Monitoring:

Monitor T&I Project progress to make sure they are on track and no overlapping resource

Way of working transition:

Coordinate and align with affected business unit in new way of working transition

Adhoc tasks:

Other tasks assigned by line manager

REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge

Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Business Administration/ Finance/Technology

Experience

Have experience managing or participating in projects related to AI, ML is a plus
Familiar with e- commerce workflow, operations behaviors
1- 2 years of work experience in project management, business performance analysis or management consulting.

Skills

Willing to face with unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
Strong Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI skill is a plus
Proactive problem solving.
Be able to use project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Asana) and familiar with agile development methodologies.
Have a curtain knowledge about Project management framework
Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with people at all levels in an organization
Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
