Purchasing Staff - Shipbuilding Company

Piriou Vietnam CO., LTD is a 100% French- owned shipbuilding company, we are looking for a Purchasing staff.
* JOB TASKS:
- Those activities are not exhaustive. They can be extended according to the needs of the company
- Follow & update the file evaluation suppliers
- Follow non conformity
- Negotiate price, delivery time, payment condition for each order
- Ensure the Service after sales beside production Department (quality of product, quantity, price...) and also feedback to supplier
- Do sourcing & looking for new suppliers, new products
- Manage purchase orders from Production Department in respecting specification & the delivery time.
- Provide full description to create article of product
- Report to Purchasing Manager about the progress of important contract
- Enter the purchase order in Focus and follow the process of order from the beginning to the end
- Manage buying condition according to international procurement
- Ensure to follow the product documentation & certificate
- Interface with warehouse, account Department & suppliers
- Follow up purchase order and solving problem (annex contract for modification, draft contract for specific purchase, strategic the big purchase & for the sub- contractor)
- Analyze supplier proposal & correspondence with tender

- Having problem solving skills
- Fluent in English communication skills
- Graduating from university, college with the major in related fields ( mechanic (prefer), business administration, international business, ..)
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Having good negotiate skills
- Have experience in evaluating the specifications of products is a plus
- Priority to candidates who have over 2 years of experience in purchasing for companies in heavy industries such as shipbuilding, material production...
