Lead and drive innovative R&D initiatives from concept to commercial implementation, ensuring scalable, cost- efficient, and high- quality solutions in breeding and rearing BSF, feed formulation, and product development.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Technical and Innovation
• Monitor and adopt emerging technologies, competitive benchmarks, and market trends to strengthen the company’s long- term R&D strategy.
• Define and lead the technical roadmap for process and product development, from ideation through pilot trials and commercial scale- up.
• Design and manage experimental platforms to improve scalability, repeatability, and cost efficiency.
• Apply advanced analytics, experimental design, and performance data to optimize formulations and production outcomes.
Execution and technical leadership
• Maintain rigorous documentation, analyze data, and communicate insights to influence both internal decisions and external partnerships.
• Mentor junior R&D and technicians, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovative thinking.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals.
• Lead large- scale trials with minimal supervision, ensuring smooth transition from lab experiments to factory integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges while identifying optimization opportunities for product performance.
Cros- functional impact
• Support domestic and international promotional events with technical expertise, ensuring brand credibility and customer confidence.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement long- term solutions to production and quality challenges.
• Serve as the key liaison between R&D, Engineering, Operations, Sales- Technical, and Quality teams for seamless technology transfer.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Minimum 2 years of hands- on R&D experience in feed formulation, aquaculture nutrition, or related industries.
• Proven ability to conduct competitor analysis, manage trials, and coordinate with cross- functional teams.
• Bachelor degree in Aquaculture, Animal Nutrition, Biotechnology, Food Technology, Agricultural Biology, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Vietnamese and English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to varied audiences.
• Comfortable with physically demanding and practical work, including on- site trials and farm visits.
