Mô tả công việc

Develop directions for retail marketing plans that set goals for increasing revenue, market share, and brand awareness
• Evolve the Retail Marketing strategy plan for new business, defining strategic goals & operating plans aligned to company strategic business plan
• Act as a thought leader, a trusted advisor to drive strategic decisions about our marketing mix across in- store presence and retail activation teams for regions & brands.
• Work closely with the Regional Marketing Manager, Brand Manager to set out retail marketing plans
Oversee the retail marketing/ marketing communication/ promotion campaign activities of new business
• Collaborates with cross- divisional marketing resources and external agencies
• Evaluate the success of Retail marketing initiatives on a regular basis (campaigns/ seasonally/ annually)
• Manage the day- to- day implementation of new businesses’ retail marketing activity, covering all elements of the marketing mix
Develop and manage the department&039;s operating budget.
Market Intelligence
• Researching and analyzing market trends and competitors
• Measure effectiveness and make recommendations for campaign optimizations.
• Support analysis, and insight to produce successful programs, inspire evolution, and improve efficiency.
Team management & development
• Training, propose training for the staff to improve the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the department.
• Recruit and arrange personnel according to department&039;s organizational structure and in accordance with the development plan.
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ company

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Marketing/ Business Administration, …
Experience
• Experience of developing and working within budgets
• At least 5+ years of experience developing marketing plans and strategies in collaboration with partner teams
• Experience of all elements of the marketing mix
• Strong experience of digital marketing
• Experience of building from scratch in new business or start- up
• At least 3+ years of experience in retail/ marketing/ brand communication experiences at equivalent roles required along with a proven track record of delivering results
• Experience managing ambiguity and rapid change – demonstrate agility and risk- taking
Competencies
• Strong analytical skills, able to identify and act upon opportunities for campaign improvement
• Work on multiple projects, prioritize and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with market research, consumer target, and trends analysis
• Communication & problem- solving skills
• Planning & Organizational skills
• Customer- oriented
• Proven track record developing program plans that meet/exceed goals and managing program budgets
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
• Ability to identify customer needs and draft strategies and plans that deliver on those needs
• Proven success in building, analyzing, and monitoring KPI, financial data, and success measures
