Job Description:

Prospect Identification: Utilize online tools and platforms to identify and build a list of potential customers that align with the company&039;s products and services.
B2B Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and expand relationships with corporate clients, particularly international partners. Responsible for planning and executing sales campaigns to meet business objectives.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with related departments to develop sales strategies tailored to specific customer segments, while monitoring and evaluating their effectiveness.
Market Research: Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to the Sales team.
Solution Consulting: Understand the needs and challenges of customers to provide appropriate solutions, and work closely with the technical team to ensure products/services meet customer requirements.
No IT Experience Required: While experience in IT is not necessary, candidates must have experience working with corporate clients (B2B) and international customers to ensure an understanding of business culture and customer needs.

Common Recruitment Criteria:

Strong Academic Record: Preferably from top universities such as Foreign Trade University (FTU), National Economics University, or other reputable institutions.
IELTS 7.0 or equivalent: Excellent English proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with international clients.
Mindset and Attitude: We prioritize flexible thinking, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude over experience. No prior experience is required, but you must be coachable, hardworking, goal- oriented, and demonstrate a clear sense of purpose in your work.
Preference for International Exposure: Candidates who have studied abroad, worked at international companies, or are eager to work in an international environment will have an advantage.

Specific Training and Development Program: You will be part of a clear training roadmap designed to develop the professional skills needed in Sales. The program includes practical situations and real- life projects, not just theoretical knowledge.
