RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Data Scraping
Research and identify target companies, industries, and individuals.
Scrape websites and directories, verify accuracy, and categorize leads for outreach campaigns.
Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.io to gather and enrich lead data.
Cold Email Outreach
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN- SPAM, and other regulations.
Develop and execute email outreach campaigns using automation tools (e.g., Instantly, Lemlist).
Track and report campaign performance metrics like open rates and conversions.
CRM Management
Monitor lead progression and assist with scheduling calls or meetings for the sales team.
Organize and update lead data in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot).
Working hours: Remote working is available.
QUALIFICATION
Skills & Experience
Proficiency in lead generation and email automation tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or email marketing.
Strong written communication skills in English.
Tools Expertise
Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo.
Email Outreach: Instantly, Lemlist, Mailshake.
Data Management: Google Sheets, Excel.
CRM Systems: Pipedrive, HubSpot, NotionCRM.
