Travel concierge extraordinaire: Ensure smooth sailing for every client by sending essential documents, collaborating with other departments, and resolving any snags that arise.
Unlock revenue potential: Identify upselling opportunities and champion Maika Tours&039; most alluring destinations and unique experiences.

Conceptualize and design bespoke tour itineraries tailored to the unique desires and budgets of individual travelers and travel agents.
Own your sales journey: Take charge of every client interaction, from initial contact to booking confirmation, nurturing leads and driving conversions with dedication.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 1 year experience as an Inbound Sales Executive, preferably Vietnamese nationality.
Honesty, integrity, and a team- oriented spirit.
Strong negotiation and communication skills, both in person and remotely.
Deep understanding of foreign travelers&039; expectations and a passion for exceeding them at every turn.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and travel booking software.
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to effectively communicate with international clients.
Proactive, resourceful, and driven to achieve sales targets.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in B2B agent sales.
Fluency in additional languages (French, Spanish, etc.) is a bonus.
Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, English Language, or a related field.
Knowledge of Southeast Asian destinations and local cultures.
