Sales Executive Ika Vietnam Company Limited

• Maintain good customer relationship and introduce IKA’s new promotion plans
• Prompt to process leads and follow- up with the customers inquiries
• Perform sales calls and presentation and/ or key account seminars to the customers
• Expanding IKA’s market share in the assigned territories.
• Constant sales analysis/ frequent sales report (weekly, active projects, sales activities) to Sales Manager LAB/ANA
•Execute & fulfilling job task assignments given by Sales Manager according to appropriate timing requirement.
• Promote and advertise IKA’s laboratory / analytical equipment directly to key customers.
• Increase sales volumes by achieving the given yearly target
• Monitor the operation of sales contracts (payment, delivery, after sales service etc.)
• Execute/ assist the marketing campaigns in the region in coordination with IKA Malaysia
• Quality, develop and document leads.
• Participate in meetings, organizations and industries activities
• Close follow- up to customer orders & provide adequate supervision/ consultant to Sales Logistic
• Monitor & reporting constant competition analysis (pricing, technical specifications)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in English and Vietnam language
• Highly Self- motivated and target- oriented
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in laboratory/ analytical equipment’s ideally laboratory equipment products distribution business or lab equipment manufacturing industry with strong on both direct/ key- account business with successful history sales achievement.
• Computer & MS Office literacy
• Strong market development strategic ability & ability
• Efficient sales/ marketing organisation & planning
• Flexibility for frequent/ heavy business travelling

Basic salary + allowances + sales commissions + performance bonus

14 days paid leave a year + Health insurance
