What you will be doing
You will join our Consumer Sales Division- CAV3 ACT sales executive. This is a salesperson role which you will be responsible for all sales activities in assigned categories of Headphone, Wireless speaker, Soundbar and home audio system (HAS) in nation- wide market. You are also in charge of business development. Success in this role will be demonstrated by the scale of your account and revenue increasing. In other hand, you will do well co- ordination with products marketing (PM) related to your categories effectively and timely to achieve the sales target.
• Data management
Inventory Management: Use data to investigate the logistical history to resolve order and inventory problems.
Data analysis for Micro Dynamic Range (MDR)/ Portable Audio System (PAS)/ PlayStation (PS) categories
Monitoring and analyzing competitive activity, customer, and market trends to propose new sales scheme to adapt with market and customer need
• Dealer negotiation: Discuss and propose the promotion scheme with dealers to enhance sales.
• Develop and coordinate new businesses (including sourcing, building, and retaining customer relationship): to Sony Store Online (SSO) or Distributors
• Sales order planning and execution
• Administration task:
Order and documentary process.
Payment requisition, sales return.
Business trip booking and claim vie internal system.
• Report: Consolidating and preparing the appropriated reports to related managers/departments
Purchase Sales Inventory Management: Stock allocation to get sell- thru/ sell- out balance by key sub- dealers/ Key dealers
Other tasks as assigned by Manager

What you should have
• Problem solving, teamwork, organization, negotiation, proactive, flexible, and honest
• Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft office: Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook, especially Pivot table, Power BI..
• Education: Business administration, Economics, Trade
• English: fluent speaking, good writing skills
• Ability to organize and work independently
• At least 1 years work experience in the role of Sales person in charge dealers( MDR/ PAS/ HAS/ Sound bar will be referred)
