Job Description (propotion ratio Sale 70% + Marketing 30%)
Report directly to CEO
Management scale: team 20- 30 members
Periodically report results of sales and marketing activities, data management, systems on CRM, office 365 and ERP digital transformation.
Demonstrate the leading role, together with the company leaders to develop strategies, objectives, plans, sales and marketing policies for the whole market in Vietnam and Indochina
Be sensitive to the market, build and manage budgets, costs, release annual inventory. Participate in proposing, supporting research and development, improving products and services for the company.
Manage and supervise the team through work assignment, comply with company processes and regulations, record and evaluate OKRs- KPIs results, regularly create motivation, internal training for the development team.
In charge of general marketing activities, including Trade – Digital marketing, Omni chanels/multi channel management, brand development, Web and Fanpage quality, suitable in the supporting industry and market development of high technology, electronics, semiconductors, precision casting, electroplating, jewelry.
Good management of distribution and customer care systems, improving service quality. Ability to interact, communicate, write good articles, have a quality network on social networks.
Find potential new customers, identify new business opportunities, maintain and develop good relationships with key customers of the company (B2B, Industrial sales)
