SECURITY MANAGER/ ASSISTANT SECURITY MANAGER - Binh Thanh District

Supervise staff compliance with safety regulations and coordinate the integration of safety into work processes.
Assist with cash transportation together with the Accounting department when required.
Arrange work schedules, supervise duty shifts, organize meetings, and evaluate staff performance to enhance department efficiency.
Prepare, monitor, and control the department budget.
Develop, implement, and supervise security, safety, and fire prevention policies; manage the internal fire safety team and handle arising issues.
Ensure security, safety, and fire prevention across the entire residential- hotel complex.
Report regularly on incidents, security and safety status, and corrective measures to the Hotel Manager.
Organize training sessions, fire drills, and guide staff in handling emergency situations (fire, violence, incidents).
Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints related to security, ensuring service quality.

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any field. Additional work experience may substitute for degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the security field, or 2 years of experience in a similar position at a 4- star hotel/residential serviced apartment.
Knowledge of local and national security and safety laws.
Honest, responsible, observant, discreet, in good health, and with no criminal record.
Security management or First Aid certification is an advantage. Good communication skills; foreign language skills are a plus.
