JOB PURPOSE:
The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end- to- end to identify and address operational, financial and technological risks and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
The Senior Business Analyst provides strategic business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in- depth understanding of customer&039;s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Delivery and maintenance
• Understand the business requirements, provide project level analysis, produce required project analysis documentation (business requirements, acceptance criteria, functional requirement specification, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals); data management ensuring data is reliable and valid.
• Stay up to date with customer needs and strategies to optimize business expectations, ensure responsible platforms are operated effectively within limited of resources, promptly resolving any logical defects.
• Collaborate in the planning, design, and develop process improvements or re- engineering and recommending elimination, integrating new systems and processes with existing ones.
• Collaborate closely with business and developer to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during testing process.
Leading business solution orientation
• Participate in multiple projects by completing business specification documentation, functional specification documentation, carry out necessary procedures to ensure the project goes live on schedule.
• Proactively connect with business teams, articulating ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers, and others.
