Senior Business Analyst (Insurance)

Experience with Agile practices (i.e., scrum development process and scrum ceremonies) and expectations
Technical proficiency to participate in sprint planning and execution and have an informed, independent voice.
Knowledge of Jira- creating user stories and mapping them to epics
Able to understand and depict complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences and distill the key requirements; Ability to develop strong working relationships and influence others and build consensus. Demonstrated ability to operate with incomplete information and make timely decisions. Knowledge of relevant products and portfolio preferred. Experimental mindset to drive innovation amongst uncertainty.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies as typically acquired through a Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field (business, computer science, humanities, etc.) and a minimum of 1 year direct experience with agile teams with 3 years experience in business, product, technology, and/or consulting. Spanish fluency required,
English fluency preferred.
