Senior Customs Specialist

Job summary:

Handle application for specialized inspection
Customs declaration of import machine and equipment for EPE
Customs procedure for luqidation of machine and equipment for EPE
Customs declaration of import construction equipment for EPE

Main responsibilities:

Filing docs for customs post- clearance audit purpose
Perform customs procedure for EPE such as import, export, re- export, re- purpose, temp- import/ re- export, temp- export/ re- import, … of all kind of goods as material sample, FGs sample, machine and equipment, PPE, specialized commodity,…
Perform customs procedure of import construction equipment for building
Apply for specialized inspection if any
Perform customs procedure of liquidation of machine and equipment

University degree in business administration, Economics, customs colleges or related majors
At least 5 years works in the scope of import export in an international company, EPE preferable
Good knowledge of customs regulation
Good in office computer
Logical thinking, analytical skills, technical mindset
Good command of written and spoken English
Teamwork, supportive and corporative sense, responsibility
Time management
Certificate of completion training course of HS code classification hold by VCCI, customs is preferable
System (Oracle, SAP ERP, ECUS)
