Senior Executive – Program Management

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Executive – Program Management who has a real passion for product, business, and data to realize business opportunities through exceptional payment solutions. As a Program Management Senior Executive, you will drive product optimization and growth projects that are key to our products’ performance and business growth, unlocking significant experiences and values for our partners and users.

Collaborate with external partners and internal cross- functional teams to plan and implement product optimization and growth projects that reflect business priorities and strategies.
Gain in- depth knowledge of our payment ecosystem to be able to represent hands- on capabilities and understand how unique requirements can best be met with external and internal stakeholders;
Conduct user research, market analysis, and usability testing to understand needs of merchants and users, identify business opportunities, and develop strategies to meet them elegantly and effectively;

Work experience in the technology industry preferred.
At least 2- year experience as a program/product manager, project manager, and/or data analyst in cross- functional environments;
A growth mindset, and strong work ethic with high integrity and the ability to work independently and collaboratively;
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across a broad set of stakeholders, both technical and non- technical including with executives;
Excellent interpersonal skills, acute attention to detail, and strong follow- through;
Continuous problem solving, rapid learning, and an innovative mindset with strategic and structured thinking to go beyond the current solutions and deliver the best approach to a problem;
