Mô tả công việc

- Work Location:
District 12, Ho Chi Minh

- Executes customer visits and or visits to industry events.
- Supports in the cash collection of unpaid/overdue invoices for the customers for which (s)he is responsible.
- Documents all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com).
- Conducts sales analytics in an area of responsibility.
- Develops and maintains a customer focused list (together with Area Sales Manager) by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc.
- Recover lost customers.
- Meets and exceeds sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan.
- Identifies solutions for customer needs, if necessary with the involvement of Subject Master Experts.
- Follows up on quotations with customers (can be delegated to sales support).
- Monitors market and competitors.
- Maintains positive relationships with existing customers to up- sell the service portfolio.
- Conducts the final negotiation of quotations and contracts with the customer in collaboration with relevant stakeholders / P&L responsible persons and in line with TR requirements.
- Responsible for the on- time delivery, quality, and follow- up of the quotation according to the customer&039;s needs.
- Participates in regular sales reviews with the disciplinary Supervisor.
- Acquires new customers.
- Generates new leads (e.g. on fairs) and converts assigned sales leads generated by e.g. marketing or other channels.
- Supports the Area Sales Manager in defining the yearly sales plan.
- Maintains/grows customer loyalty and ring- fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits.
- Contact other sales colleagues for cross- BF (Business function) / cross- BS (business stream) inquiries.

Yêu cầu công việc

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor&039;s Degree, major in Business Administration is preferable
・Language: English- Business Level
・Experience: From 3- 5 years of experience in one of the below areas:
- Ideally first experience in Testing Inspection, Certification (TIC) service for Solar & Commercial Products
- Or experience in sales/ business development in the industries:
Machinery: production lines, factory automation, robotics etc.
Components: cable, switchboard, controller, protecting devices, etc.
Power Electronics (Battery, Energy Storage System), EV Chargers, etc.
Solar: PV modules, PV power plant etc.
- User knowledge in MS Office, and Salesforce.com: Proven track record in sales.
- Consultative Sales:
• Ability to meet deadlines without supervision.
• Business orientation, result orientation, services orientation, effective communication, and relationship management.
• Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
• Superb interpersonal skills.
• Pronounced ability for self- motivation.
• Pronounced technical comprehension in the field / related area.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
