Senior Manager (Maintanance)

• Develop operating procedures for the maintenance department to ensure reasonable and smooth operations between departments
• Responsible for managing and maintaining machinery effectively
• Manage and preserve the quantity and quality of all machines
• Other tasks as requested by BOD.
• Plan and arrange personnel responsible for installing machinery for new projects
• Report directly to BOD
• Responsible for all activities of the technical department
• Support allocating personnel to promptly monitor and repair electrical equipments in the office
• Coordinate closely with sales, accounting, and warehouse departments to ensure the status and quantity of machines for customers
• Develop procedures for instructions on how to use machines and repair machines according to standards and in a timely manner to effectively support sales.
• Monitor and arrange personnel responsible for timely maintenance and repair of machinery for existing projects
• Guide and train maintenance staffs to always perform tasks according to set standard procedures
• Manage machine status and make timely suggestions for repair and replacement (if necessary).
• Plan and arrange personnel for business trips (if any) to serve work needs

• Have experience as supervisor/manager at least 1 year
• Have experience in maintenance field at least 02 years
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the service industries
• English communication (basic
