Job Overview:
The Senior Production Manager is responsible for managing production processes, ensuring high- quality outputs, and collaborating with clients and vendors to meet project requirements. This includes overseeing timelines, cost management, and stakeholder communication, with a focus on driving production excellence and providing optimal client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage campaign plans, confidently handling client expectations throughout the production process.
Maintain accurate activity reports, delivering value to clients based on their reporting needs.
Provide expert advice on the structural design of displays, considering materials, safety, and functionality, and suggest alternative options that benefit cost, quality, or timelines.
Engage in supplier conversations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, focusing on cost savings, quality, and value engineering.
Emphasize the importance of data quality and its impact on business, following compliance processes for data accuracy.
Track suppliers’ progress through various production stages to ensure everything is under control and on schedule.
Facilitate collaboration between clients and vendors, guiding discussions on upcoming projects to ensure timely and full delivery.
Ensure accurate data entry into the IWW system to allow timely billing processes.
Deliver regular campaign updates, ensuring proactive communication of next steps to the Senior Production Manager.
Tailor your communications to effectively obtain feedback and ensure project milestones are met.
Work with key stakeholders to identify areas of improvement, actively addressing issues related to savings or performance
Manage low to medium- complexity briefs, questioning them when necessary to ensure clarity and effective delivery.
Provide support to the Client Services team, ensuring thorough completion of specifications and adherence to workflows.
Maintain constant communication with your line manager and broader team to explore synergies and opportunities for greater collaboration.
