Senior Marketing Executive ( Chuyên Viên Marketing )

Marketing Collaterals, Design and Production

Manage the production process of the above- mentioned materials, including working with suppliers.
In charge of concept development and design of marketing collaterials and business development materials: brochures, proposal templates, presentations, publications, flyers, standees, posters, event POSM, etc.

Website Management

Provide support to the website team for the maintenance and development of ATALINK&039;s website, including but not limited to updating new content and images.

Digital Marketing

In charge of marketing concepts and content production and publishing for ATALINK&039;s social media marketing channels, email marketing, search engine marketing, as well as other online channels.
In charge of planning and implementation of digital marketing campaigns.

Event Support and Photography

Provide on- the- spot support to events, including event photography, branding and communications.
Build and maintain a rich library of photos and other content resources for ATALINK.

Internal Communications

Write articles about company events (e.g. company trips, teambuilding events, sports events, etc.), working environment at Atalink, product introduction, distinctive employees, etc. for the purpose of employee engagement.
Write/post employee engagement articles, internal communication contents, etc. on the Company&039;s Portal, Facebook FanPage, and LinkedIn Page.

Other Marketing & Communication Support

Support the team on other marketing and communications works, as necessary.
Manage branded merchandise stock and internal databases.

3- 5 years of working experience in marketing, including but not limited to search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, and online advertising.
Have experience in copy- writing and/or business writing.
Have especially excellent command of written English and Vietnamese.
Good communication skills.
Have good knowledge about marketing (Business to business – B2B Marketing).
Be able to work independently and deliver value.
OpenOffice, Microsoft Office.
Networking skills.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
Good negotiating skills, persuading skills.
Experience in public relations and copy- writing is a plus.
