Senior Marketing Executive

Marketing Project Management (70%)

Partner with the Creative/Design team to develop impactful artwork for all marketing campaigns.
Track project budgets and assist with processing related paperwork.
Collaborate with the marketing team and agencies to implement end- to- end marketing activities, including ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) initiatives, to meet business and marketing goals.
Monitor, analyze, and assess market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Assist the Marketing Manager in planning and executing the Marketing Project Plan to achieve both business and marketing objectives.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Coordinate and lead internal teams and external partners to deliver monthly, occasional, and key campaigns, as well as launch new products and services, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Trade Marketing (30%)

Work with the Procurement Department to produce branded items and merchandise for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate closely with the Procurement and Operations Departments to ensure the effective implementation of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) in the field.

University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Having experience at Advertising or Media Agency as account management role is a plus.
Strong project management skills and ability to quickly adapt to new environments and work processes.
At least 2- 3 year&039;s experience as MKT Executive/ MKT Excecutive
Must have experience in Professional Service (F&B, Retail) or Mom & Kids industry.
Have ownership, enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
