The Senior Reporting Analyst at Yes4All plays a critical role in transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision- making within the Finance & Accounting department. This position involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to drive business performance and optimize financial processes. This role will work closely with various teams to develop reports, dashboards, and data models that enhance visibility into financial metrics and trends.
Data Collection and Management:
• Gather and organize financial data from various sources, including ERP systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain and update financial data repositories to support ongoing analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data integrity by conducting regular audits and validations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide insights into financial performance, including P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet analysis.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and other key financial metrics.
Business Intelligence Development:
• Design and develop BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial data into business intelligence platforms.
• Optimize BI tools and processes to improve data visualization and user experience.
Strategic Financial Planning:
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on data analysis.
• Assist in scenario analysis and financial modeling to evaluate the impact of different business strategies.
• Support the Finance Business Partner (FBP) team in developing financial forecasts, budgets, and long- term financial plans.
Process Improvement:
• Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes through automation and data- driven decision- making.
• Implement best practices for data management, reporting, and analysis to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with cross- functional teams to streamline data flows and improve the quality of financial information.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Provide training and support to end- users on BI tools and financial reporting best practices.
• Act as a liaison between the Finance department and IT to ensure the alignment of BI tools with business requirements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and other departments to understand their data needs and provide tailored BI solutions.
Compliance and Risk Management:
• Ensure that all financial data and reports comply with internal controls, SOX requirements, and external regulatory standards.
• Monitor financial risks and provide insights to mitigate potential issues through data analysis.
