As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the human workforce for Vietnam Branch regarding both quantity and quality aspects. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
• Be a single point of contact for managers/employees in all HR- related topics
• Participate in projects related to Employer Branding such as build up connection with Universities, implement Campus strategies, promote Simpson Strong- Tie on social media platform.
• Seek continuous improvements to enhance the capabilities of the process
• Update, maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on Simpson Strong- Tie’s system
• Develops and maintains effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within their group
• In- charge the Talent Acquisition Business Partner assigned function to meet department & business objectives
• Manage the internal applicant process the employee referral process to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all parties
• Contribute to support other company activities included events, workshop, teambuilding.
• Implement the end- to- end recruitment cycle: driving and acquiring insights of position requirements and responsibilities; sourcing to identify the most appropriate recruitment channels; screening, interviewing and evaluate candidates; and managing pipelines through to negotiation and offer acceptance
• Monitor labor market dynamics and share information with the team and managers building on solutions for the challenges we are facing
• Provides guidance, consultation and support to managers and team leader in the hiring and facilitates processes related to position development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, on- boarding, performance, training and career development plans
• Measure existing recruitment channels, vendor expense, recruitment metrics and be in charge of accurate and timely hiring reporting
• Other tasks assigned by TA Manager
• Pro- actively manages requisitions within their group
