Design, classify, and measure candidate experience survey results and recruitment effectiveness.
Develop a dedicated network and build strong candidate pipelines for various positions and locations.
Enrich your company&039;s careers page and social media channels with rich media, posts, and employee opinions.

Build employer branding

Coordinate employer branding activities.

Report

Prepare reports measuring the effectiveness of monthly recruitment activities
Prepare recruitment plans and reports related to the results of this activity.

Other tasks assigned by direct manager

Detailed, dynamic, patient and dedicated.
University graduate majoring in Human Resources or other related fields.
Good organizational skills.
At least 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment in the fields of finance, banking, insurance, and securities.
Able to work under high pressure, with a sense of responsibility.
Proficient in using office computer applications.
Able to communicate in English.
