Introduction:
Reporting to Director, Service Pat Unit- ensures that customers around the globe receive the right service parts at the right time in the right place in the right quantities. Starting at new- product- development and continuing to the end of the product’s lifetime, this new and wide- ranging role ensures that all value streams engaged in specifying, designing, planning, manufacturing, pricing, warehousing, and distributing service parts perform to customer, performance, and financial expectations.
The Senior Manager of Service Part Unit (Vietnam) will be obsessed with meeting Service customers’ needs. As a key leader in the Service organization, this role will lead a mix of dedicated employees and cross- functional teams. Hallmarks of success include strategic vision and execution, organizational design and agility, and broad competency across new product launches, commercialization, manufacturing, distribution, service operations, and P&L management.

Also, to support Packaging team towards Green Environment Packaging.
Due to complication of EPE business, he/she will work with TTI Custom Department, Finance and Legal for the export declaration or find alternate solution to fulfill the service part orders for long term solution.
Manage Service Part Unit team in Vietnam.
To reduce number of packaging used for service part in order to minimize packaging MOQ stress from operation.
In short, he/she will be the coordinator for any service part demand and supply. In any case, there is any dispute, he/she will be the bridge for all communications.

Whenever models End of Life, coordinate team to do Last Time Purchase.
Establish new process / workflow for improvement where needed; especially if it needs change to fit with Vietnam operation.
Monitor and review with team to hit Service Part Development timeline be it for transfer project or new project.
Ensure Service Part Order fulfillment achieve OTD goals.
