Services Supervisor

Manage database of technical works delivered Other tasks as assigned by Services & Facilities Manager
Boats under TSY’s management: Build the maintenance plan and supervise the execution (list of maintenance and repair)
Work closely with the person in charge of customer service in order to ensure a smooth flow of information internally and between the company and clients
Support for the search of suppliers: Search the sourcing and send details of specifications to Purchase team in order to look for more suppliers, ensuring the quality of services delivered and optimizing the costs
Carry out the works of boat commissioning, repair, maintenance and other after- sales services (in HCMC and in other provinces), including boat engines, electrical systems, navigational equipment, hulls, propellers, masts, rigging and sails- and supervise the work of suppliers in case of complicate operations (YMA and external boats)
Follow procedures, complete repair documents, service records and technical reports
Work with design agency to create documents, drawing of the boat in accordance with the standards of the Vietnam Register
Investigate boats’ issues, troubleshoot boats to determine the types of needed repairs and the service schedule
In liaise with the purchase team and other technical services supervisors, prepare cost estimations required for boats technical services
Support for warranty process and spare parts services

Be a good team player
Good ability to read and write in English
Ability to read and elaborate technical design
Strong supervisory skills
Good organizational skills and ability to work independently according to assigned timeline
Knowledge of and ability to repair marine engines, including inboard motors and outboard engines
Strong knowledge of electrical- electronic system
Technical knowledge and skills related to hull maintenance and repair (experience with gelcoat, fiberglass, and relevant materials…)
Minimum experience of 3 years in a relevant role (boat building, boat management, engine repair, boat dry- docking and overhauling…)
