Responsibilities
This is a full- time on- site role as a Software Technical Engineer at INNORIX Vietnam located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As technical support, you will be responsible for product technical support by communicating in English with domestic partners, overseas branches, and overseas partners. We work with a variety of audiences to provide technical support and help partners and customers quickly resolve technical issues that may arise during product introduction and use.
- Improve product quality by continuously researching the latest technology and sharing it with domestic and overseas development teams and partners
- Consulting support on how to operate servers and services to enable smooth use of the product
- Communicate with developers at domestic and overseas branches to determine the cause of the problem and the schedule required to resolve it
- Review product introduction from partners and customers and identify problems that arise during use

Qualification
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong problem solving and analysis skills
- Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, or related field
- English communication skills
- Experience in sales support for related IT products is preferred
