JOB SUMMARY
Lead team members to ensure quality recruiting talents to fit Company’s demand, build and implement development plan for employer branding.
Be responsible for supervising and tracking all scopes of work relating to staffing, employment compliance and labor relations, including but not limited to: recruitment, employer branding, internship policies, compliance and labor relations, team’s budget monitoring, etc.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITY
Recruitment:
Implement continuous improvement for recruitment activities to catch- up with market recruitment trend;
Develop recruitment management system.
Supervise and track recruitment process implementation of SCLR team;
Update progress and evaluate productivity of recruitment activities;
Employer Brand
Supervise, manage and develop contents on recruitment platforms;
Internal Engagement activities;
Supervise and coordinate EB Awards, communication for both internal and external;
Develop and implement internship policy, young talent program.
Enhance EB visibility on digital platforms;
Build, develop & implement Employer Branding (EB) plan;
Compliance and Labor Relations:
Review and improve the Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility/ Company
Setting up periodical Dialogues at workplace, Employee Conference in collaboration with Labor Union, Long Service Rewards programs;
Labor Rules and Regulations/ Collective Labor Agreement comply with the Law;
Supervise the activities of Workplace nutrition improvement and other policies aimed at enhancing the health and well- being of employees;
Conduct labor disciplinary activities.
Employee development:
Lead subordinates in Section;
Coach and educate staffs in daily operation.
REQUIREMENTS
Having good skills in recruitment, negotiation, plan setting and execution, problem finding and solving and resource management;
Having at least 4 years of experience in the same position and in FMCG, Food & Beverage fields;
Highly responsible, careful, honest, hard- working.
Having general knowledge of Labor Law;
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management Economics/ related majors.
